The Graduate Development Programme aims to equip incumbents with the necessary knowledge and skills to acquire the professional certification required for employment within the mining sector. The program also provides a unique opportunity for exposure and personal growth.

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

Graduate Geologist

  • BSc Geology (Honours)

Graduate Junior Engineers

  • BEng / BSc Mechanical or High Current Electrical Engineering degree or National diploma.

Graduate Metallurgy / Chemical Engineer

  • BSc Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering degree.

Graduate Rock Engineer

BSc Honours degree / BTech in:

  • Physics
  • Mineral Resource Management
  • Natural Sciences

Graduate Tailing Dam Engineers

  • BSc Honours degree / BTech in Civil Engineering.

Graduate Mining Engineers

  • BSc Mining Engineering degree
  • or National Diploma in Mining Engineering

Graduate Environmental Management

  • Grade 12 with Maths and Science with a minimum of C symbol
  • or Environmental Management / Occupational Hygiene
