- BSc Geology (Honours)
Graduate Junior Engineers
- BEng / BSc Mechanical or High Current Electrical Engineering degree or National diploma.
Graduate Metallurgy / Chemical Engineer
- BSc Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering degree.
Graduate Rock Engineer
BSc Honours degree / BTech in:
- Physics
- Mineral Resource Management
- Natural Sciences
Graduate Tailing Dam Engineers
- BSc Honours degree / BTech in Civil Engineering.
Graduate Mining Engineers
- BSc Mining Engineering degree
- or National Diploma in Mining Engineering
Graduate Environmental Management
- Grade 12 with Maths and Science with a minimum of C symbol
- or Environmental Management / Occupational Hygiene
