QUALIFICATIONSGrade 12 or N3Certificate in Basic Mineral Processing or Coal Preparation (Added advantage).EXPERIENCEAt least 1-2 years’ experience as a Wash Plant OperatorBasic knowledge of the wash plant which includes flotation, crushing, thickening and screening.SKILLS, QUALITIES AND ABILITIESGood communication skills (verbal & written).Physically fit to do the work.Emotional intelligenceListening skillsVisibility on siteGENERAL REQUIREMENTFitness certification
