Blouberg Local Municipality invites students to apply for Mayor’s Bursary Fund 2018 academic year.

Applications are invited from matriculants who are in need of financial assistance to further their studies at tertiary institutions in 2018. Bursary application forms are available at the Head Office, Senwabarwana (Municipal Office) and Satellite Offices of Blouberg Municipality i.e Alldays, Eldorado, Tolwe, Senwabarwana and Raweshi, Meshate, Councillors, Circuit Offices and secondary schools around Blouberg Municipality.

Completed forms must be accompined by the following documents:

  • Applicant’s certified copy of identity document
  • Certified copy of Matriculation results
  • Certified copy of Guardian or Parent’s identity document
  • Proof of Family income
  • Affidavit from the Commissioner of Oaths


Applicant should be from the indigent family with a monthly income of R0 – R1 500.00. Ward
Councilor/Traditional Leader or Commissioner of Oath should confirm the indigent status of the applicant
