Job Vacancy: Cleaner (Permanent)

Job Purpose: The Cleaner position, offered on a permanent basis, entails various responsibilities including cleaning offices, serving tea and refreshments, collecting and distributing mail/documents, providing messenger services, relieving at the switchboard/reception, performing building maintenance, equipment maintenance, and other related services.
Requirements:
Formal Qualifications:
- A high school Grade 10
Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience in cleaning offices
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be expected to excel in the following areas:
- Cleaning Services: Efficiently clean and maintain the office premises.
- Provision of Office Refreshments and Catering: Serve tea and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Mail Collection/Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail/documents.
- Messenger Services: Perform courier and messenger tasks as required.
- Building and Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the office building and equipment.

Benefits:
