REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver’s Licence. Computer literacy. Decision making skills. Negotiation skills. Excellent inter – personal skills and Communication skills. Good Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and dead line driven.

A tertiary qualification in

  • Property Management
  • Asset Management Town Planning
  • Information Technology / Studies
  • Environmental science
  • Geography
  • Geo informatics
  • Architecture
  • Civil Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification with GIS as a module completed.
