Valid driver’s Licence. Computer literacy. Decision making skills. Negotiation skills. Excellent inter – personal skills and Communication skills. Good Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and dead line driven.
A tertiary qualification in
- Property Management
- Asset Management Town Planning
- Information Technology / Studies
- Environmental science
- Geography
- Geo informatics
- Architecture
- Civil Engineering
- Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification with GIS as a module completed.
