National Credit Regulator (NCR) is hiring and invites applications from South African for the following job vacancy: Human Resources Officer.
Position: Human Resources Officer
Paterson Grade: C-Lower
Salary Range: R 159,100 – R 302,300 maximum
Requirements:
- A relevant three (3) year Degree/National Diploma
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in a Human Resources environment
- Solid 1-year experience in Sage 300 People system
Duties: The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing HR support and services to managers and staff
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment function at all levels
- Administering the performance management process
- Handling Training and Development administration and reporting to the relevant SETA
- Preparing and processing monthly payroll for employees
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of approved payroll inputs
- Conducting variance analysis to ensure payroll accuracy
- Administering leave and ensuring accurate accruals
- Supporting the compilation of data for the submission of EE (Employment Equity) and BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) plans
- Compiling relevant reports and statistics
- Updating and maintaining the organogram
- Handling other adhoc statistics and information as required
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of all HR-related legislation
- Understanding of Human Resources processes
- Familiarity with HR Business Partnering and Administration
- Proficiency in Sage 300 People system
