Job Purpose:
Our Graduate Development Programme aims to establish a sustainable pipeline of talented individuals capable of filling critical roles within our organization. As a participant, you’ll gain hands-on experience and exposure in your chosen field of study. We’re offering opportunities in various disciplines, including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Supply Chain, and SHEQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with operational and technical support activities relevant to your field of study.
- Participate in practical training programs to gain real-world experience.
- Contribute to daily operational activities within your department.
- Ensure accuracy, courtesy, and timeliness in adhering to current business standards.
- Apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.
- Comply with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality regulations.
Qualifications:
We’re seeking graduates who have either completed their N6/S4 and require 12/18 months of practical learning to finish their qualification or hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree in one of the required fields. The fields we’re offering opportunities in include:
