Rand Water is recruiting and invites applications for the following job vacancy: Data Capturer.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Equivalent to high school diploma)
- Code 08 Driver’s license (Valid driver’s license for a regular vehicle)
- 3 years of experience in an inventory environment
- Three years of data capturing experience
- Expert user of MS Excel with at least 3 years of working experience, including the ability to compile formulas
- Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with the SAP software system
- Full Microsoft Office experience is essential
Primary Duties:
- Creation of RFQs (Request for Quotation), expedition, and deliveries of inventory orders
- Assistance with bi-annual stock takes
- Fuel management, including monitoring and ordering
- Administrative support, including daily and monthly inventory reporting
- Compliance with all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) related policies and procedures
Knowledge:
- Computer literacy in the MS Office package and SAP
- Problem-solving skills
- Planning and organizing abilities
