Uthukela District Municipality hereby invites applicants to apply for x5 Finance Internships Programme 2018 / 2019.
Location: Ladysmith, Kwazulu-Natal
Closing Date: 06 June 2018
Salary Level: R100 000.00 per annum.
Duration: 24 months
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years or 4 years degree or diploma in Financial Management (Accounting and Finance)
- Prospective candidates should be newly graduates
- Good written and communication skills
- Computer Literacy
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Invites recent graduates in the fields of accounting, economics or finance.
DUTIES: The MFMIP seeks to assist municipalities to develop the knowledge and skills of the interns employed under this programme in areas such as strategic planning and management, municipal budgeting and finance management.
Who must apply
Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents. The successful candidate will undergo
security and qualification vetting and enter into an employment contract / performance agreement. Disclosure
of financial interests, as requested, must be submitted.
