Requirements
- Master’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Possession of a Doctorate Degree (or equivalent)will be an added advantage
- Five years’ demonstrable experience in a research administration and postgraduate support role in a university or comparable research institution.
- Must have had hands-on experience in administering research grants, postdoctoral fellowships, research incentives,postgraduate capacity-building, etc.
- Must have dealt with external stakeholders such as DHET, SAMRC, SATN, SARIMA,NRF, etc.
- Report-writing capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent planning, organising capabilities
- Good project management capabilities
- High-level computer literacy and data analysis skills
- Excellent people skill
