REQUIREMENTS:
- National Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration/ Public Management, Administrative Management/ Office Management.
- One-to-two-year exposure in the public service.
- Computer Literacy with competency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license code 08 (EB).
DUTIES:
- Facilitating the smooth running of the District Director’s office.

- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Director and staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
- National Senior Certificate plus National Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management/Public Management/Public Administration and any relevant qualification.
- Minimum of one to two years’ experience at salary level 5/6 in Human Resource Management Conditions of Services or Senior Certificate with a minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resource Management Conditions of Services.
